God willing.. We tried in the center a treatment for my mother, who had a problem on the right side from the effects of a clot.. Physiotherapy exercises as well as herbs.. Blessed be the Most Merciful. My mother had no balance and could not walk and did not use her right for nearly 7 days and my mother walked with her soul, but we only completed an extra week of treatment To complete her balance.. and I will not forget the good treatment of the doctors and the staff of the center, God willing, long for their minds and they work from their minds

A brain injury or spinal cord injury can happen during road traffic accidents, fall from heights or any other kind of trauma. Those who survive after a serious brain or spinal cord injury will need rehabilitation to optimize the level of independence, and to achieve the best possible quality of life.

The most important element in any neurorehabilitation program is carefully directed, well-focused, repetitive practice.

The sooner you begin rehabilitation, the more likely you are to regain lost abilities and skills.

Rehabilitation after a Brain or spinal cord injury is a program or a group of therapies designed to relearn skills that are suddenly lost when part of the brain is damaged and to attain new skills to cope up with the disability from spinal cord injury.

Equally important in rehabilitation is to protect the individual from developing new medical problems, including Bed sores, pneumonia, urinary tract infections, injury due to fall, or a clot formation in large veins.

Most of the patients who survive brain injury have difficulty in walking, speaking, swallowing, cognitive functions and activities of daily life. Spinal cord injury commonly causes paralysis from below the injured spine level, loss bladder and bowel control and even loss of sensation.

The rehabilitation in nerve injury is most fruitful and faster when multiple therapies are involved. We at Al Afdal physiotherapy and Alternative Medical have specially designed integrated rehabilitation combining Ayurveda, Physiotherapy, Speech therapy and Swallowing therapy.
